Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a refund within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@noovadsgn.com. Please note that, by default, returns should be sent to the following address: Lidostas Parks, Mārupe, Mārupes pagasts, Mārupes novads, LV-2167.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost parcels: Claims for parcels lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect address: If an incorrect address is provided, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Unclaimed parcels: Unclaimed parcels are returned to the warehouse, and the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Claim period: Claims for items with misprints, damages, or defects must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

In accordance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), noova.dsgn ensures that all consumer products offered are safe and meet EU standards. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

14-day cooling-off period (European Union)

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
