Shipping policy

All products are made to order. Typically, an order is ready for delivery within 3–5 business days from the moment it is placed — including production and shipping.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on production workload and the carrier.

Order tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check the status of your order on the carrier’s website.

Customs and duties
For orders within the EU, no customs duties apply. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
